As a Company Admin, you can force complete training for your users. To complete an assignment for a user, start by going to the Admin Console(Legacy), found in the profile tab.
Now, click on Team, and search for a user.
Click on any of the individual courses/ trainer checks/ documents to open up it's report.
At the top right of the screen, you have the option to Complete the assignment.
You may need to refresh the user's profile page to see the completed content marked as complete.
