For any users with rights to view the location tab, we have a new way for you to view and export training reports for your locations.
Be aware that this report is not available at management levels, but for locations only.
Start by going to the location tab and use the drop down arrow next to location to switch locations if needed.
You can click on all training, and you'll be brought to a training overview for the store. The chart will show recent training course completions by day, and each learning track will be shown below the chart with their overall completion percentage.
Click on the summary tab for a report of each employee and every learning track they have completed or not completed.
Learning track columns will be listed left to right based on their priority. On the spreadsheet, users with zero percent haven't completed any of the courses attached to the learning track. While those with a blank do not have the learning back assigned to them. Clicking export to CSV in the upper right corner will download a spreadsheet of the data shown on screen.
