A signing training to your team can be done in the admin dashboard. Start by clicking on assignments, clicking the plus sign at the top right of the screen, and selecting the learning you would like to assign.
Let's start by giving this assignment a start date. This can be used if you would like to schedule your assignment ahead of time, but you would like it to go out immediately, you can just put today's date. Next, we'll select our audience. We can select either all team members by locate enroll or specific users. If you'd like, you can preview your assigned user list by clicking here.
Next, choose if you like this to auto enroll new users. Note that this does not work if you chose the option to select specific users, but if you chose all team members or specific locations and roles, anybody that fits within this criteria will receive the assignment if enabled after they join the site. Finally, we can give this a deadline. We have several options available including seven, fourteen, thirty, and sixty days, but you can also input your own desired deadline. Keep in mind if you enabled auto enroll and the user joins days or weeks later, their deadline will be based on when it was assigned to them specifically, and not when the assignment was initially assigned.
And at the bottom right, we have the ability to create the assignment with account of the total number of users that will receive it.
