Trainer check are completed by managers, while self checks will be completed by the user they are assigned to.
Building these out is very similar for each, and if you've experienced with creating other checklist, this may look familiar. Let's start by going to the admin panel, clicking on content under training and selecting trainer checklist.
This view will show you any training checklists that exist on the site and using these tabs you can switch between trainer and self checks. Clicking the plus sign at the top right will prompt us to create either a trainer check or a self check. Let's make a trainer check. Give it a title and description. We can fill in the passing score after we have added all of our items, and self checks will not have a score involved.
Give each item a title, description, field type, and point value you. We can also add an image to the item. Choose if the user completing the checklist can add nodes and upload photos and mark if the item is required for the check to be completed.
After you have added all of your items, enter a required passing score. If the user fails this check, it will need to be filled out again by the manager until a passing score has been achieved.
Be sure to click save and publish.
