How to Create an Action Plan


Before submitting your audit, know that you can use those failed items to create an action plan.

Note that if you're returning to an audit you submitted previously, the create action plan is located under any audit report.

At the top right of this submission, click create action plan.

All field items from the audit will appear here. You can create a task for each field item from the audit. Note you do not need to create a task for every field item to create an action plan. Select a field item and click assign task at the bottom of the pop up. From here, you can give your task an issue, action, description, due date and a user to assign it to.
