We created Team Code to take the pressure of uploading all your employees off you and make your new employees responsible for creating their own accounts. 


To make sure team codes is properly set up, go to the group's page and select generate team codes on the top right-hand side.  Select all the groups you want to create their own accounts, we recommend NOT using teamcode for Admin and Managers.



Then go to locations and select the generate team code next to each location. This will make sure that you can split your courses and data sharing by location -- this is especially important for stores that have different concepts. You must generate group enrollment first and then create Location settings. 



Once the team codes for location and groups have been generated, you can share the Locations team code with your employees.
