If you perform a Lost Password reset and do not get an emailed reset notice within a minute or two, search your Inbox for Subject = "ExpandShare Password Reset" or Sender = firstname.lastname@example.org, as the email may be in your Junk folder.
If you were invited to ExpandShare, but never set up your account by selecting a password, then resetting your password will have no affect and you will not receive an email. Contact your Company Admin or email@example.com to have your invitation resent.
If you have unsubscribed from ExpandShare emails, you won't receive the reset email. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be resubscribed to emails.
