To invite new users to ExpandShare, navigate to the Team page on the Management Console


Scroll to the bottom of the Team page and click the Invite New Members button


Enter the name and email address of the new user and then use type ahead to find the Group and/or location that you want to assign the user to.  Note, assignments are often based on Groups, so make sure you select the correct one.  To see a list of all your Groups, you can go to the Groups page


Then click the Send Invitation button to send the invites.


The new user will receive an invite from the system within a minute or two.  They need to click the Join Now button in the email and set up their account.
